    Hi Sylvia,

    I took a look a reviewed all of the enrollments you have submitted within SimplePractice and can confirm you are on the right track to filing claims and receiving ERAs.  Please refer to the email I just sent as it includes further instructions to a few enrollments that require additional attention with required documents.  I can confirm that our clearinghouse uses SFTP as the retrieval method if the payer requires you to fill out that section to enrollment for payment reports. 

    Please let me know if you run into any difficulties and I will investigate further.

    I have submitted my enrollment to Horizon three times. I still have that message above the calendar that I need to submit.

    What did I do wrong? What do I need to do?

    I'm having somebody sign up for Aetna for me, and I still have the message for her. What does she have yet to do?

    I am having issues with Horizon and BCBSIL both saying that I haven't submitted my Enrollment which I have done multiple times.  Horizon wants me use Navinet instead.  I don't want to incur the additional costs can someone please help me.
