Can I edit referrals that have already been entered?

How can we edit referral's listed in the referral report? For example, I have staff who entered Family Friend and Family/Friend and the two are recorded as two different categories in the report. I would like to be able to condense the categories to get a more accurate referral report

  I would also appreciate the ability to edit referral sources. Also, the location in reports for managing seems odd as the only place to get to them...I suggest creating a path from practice details or some other area in settings.

  I have an annoying typo in my referrals list. I had no idea that if I entered something in this list that it would be permanent and I would never be able to edit it!?! GAH! Would love to have this addressed/corrected.

  Same here.  Please make it so that we can edit the categories (combine, rename, correct typos....).  Typos happen and it's very difficult to get a true picture from the report when there are categories by accident!  Deleting that category then leads to more incorrect accounting!

  Hi Simple Practice, the original question was posted 4 years ago, but today I am facing the same problems discussed in this thread. If I knew I couldn't edit my typos/errors, I would have been much more thoughtful before submitting referral sources. Please fix this issue! Thanks for all you do!
