Templates: Request Ability to Create Rows of Check Boxes

Sorry folks, no shareable template here! Just a request to be able to create multiple rows of check boxes in Templates. 40 boxes for Presentation and another 40 for Interventions makes for a long, long, long template. Three rows across the page would be awesome!

  That would be super helpful! Alternatively, I've suggested that being able to have a second nested set of boxes would be helpful. That way if you check one you can add another set that pop up with more options.

  I actually think both would be excellent! EX: Safety Plan Created is a check box and then the safety plan pops up.

  I just printed off my ultimate note template and it took 7 pages!

  Exactly! Ive wondered if the columns and rows thing might be an issue bc its a pain to make tables in HTML5 and HTML.

  I am unable to  navigate to the various modules since there is no menu on the home screen.

  Hi Robin, I'd be happy to help. Can you clarify for me which screen you're looking at (the Calendar?) and which part of SimplePractice you're trying to access?

  Hi Cheryl, to download your Note Templates, you can visit the Note Template, then click Print and print the template as a PDF. Then, you'll have a PDF document of your Template.

  Is there a way to create a dropdown box style question where I can select more than one answer?

  Hi Amanda, currently, you can create a multiple-choice question with checkboxes. However, SimplePractice does not currently feature a multiple-choice question with a dropdown menu.
