I still have to manually edit every claim before I can submit it to insurance:
Field 14 - Qual - I need to select the 2nd option 431 since the field currently defaults to blank
Field 17 - I need to select the 2nd option DN Referring Provider Claim Level since the field currently defaults to blank
Field 24 - I need to manually add modifiers to each service line
Is there any progress in making this a more straightforward process? It seems to me that Fields 14 and 17 could default to the appropriate choices instead of to the blank option. There also needs to be a way to automate the addition of the modifiers. In my case (PT), every service line on claims to Medicare will have the modifier GP added.
