Re-sending credit card form

I am seeing a couple.  I did the wife’s intake first, and they submitted the husband’s  credit card info.  I did the husband’s later, and he forgot to complete the form (probably thinking because it was on file for his wife, he didn’t need to).  Now I’m stuck because I can’t copy the information from the wife’s chart (tried that), and I can’t invoice her for his session.  I would like to re-send the form as I already informed him of the problem and he promised to look for it and complete it.  How do I do this?

    Hi Maria, to re-send the form, click the Share button on the client's chart. If the form has already been sent, your client can find it in their Client Portal under "Documents."

    Hi Lis, when you resend the Credit Card form, the client will be able to add another card to their chart for you to use for Online Payments. You can update the default card on file used under Edit Details > Billing and Insurance on the client's chart.

    Hi, my client is trying to change her credit card and it is not letting her add a new card. She put a personal card in and wants to change it to an HSA card. She says the screen is grayed out and won't allow her to put in a new one. I deleted her old card but the problem persists. Is there a fix I'm missing for this?

    Hi Meredith, I'd be happy to help. All you need to do is click Share on the client's chart and resend the Credit Card Form to them. Then, the client will be able to update their card information in the Client Portal.
