Late Fees
AnsweredI currently charge a "Late Cancellation" fee that is different than the full service amount. Is there a way to still mark the appointment as Late Cancel and change the service amount to the amount that I charge for late cancellations?

In this case, you'd want to use Appointment level billing changes to manually adjust the individual sessions.

I agree. The no-show fee should not be automatic and it should be adjustable. I would like my late-cancel and no-show fees to default to $75 rather than they full session fee; however, I would also like to be able to mark that someone no-showed but then easily choose to not charge them.
