    In this case, you'd want to use Appointment level billing changes to manually adjust the individual sessions.

    I would like to see an option to state "no show/late cancelation - charge client" and a "no show/late cancelation - do not charge" so that we can determine if their no show/late cancellation was viable

    I agree. The no-show fee should not be automatic and it should be adjustable. I would like my late-cancel and no-show fees to default to $75 rather than they full session fee; however, I would also like to be able to mark that someone no-showed but then easily choose to not charge them.
