Secure Messaging
AnsweredIs there a way for secure messaging to be automatically selected as a default in clients' portals upon creating a new client? It seems cumbersome to have to edit this setting for each client. It would be helpful if all clients could have the function automatically enabled, and I could adjust the setting in the event I did not want that client to have access to secure messaging for some reason. Thank you!

Hi Catherine,
I'd be happy to clarify your question regarding automatically enabling secure messaging as a default for a new client.
We don't currently have a way to do this. You'll have to manually enable Secure Messaging on your client's profile after you create them. To do this, go to your client's Overview page and click Edit > Client Portal. Then, check Use secure messaging.
