Good morning, fellow SP users! I am learning this software coming from a dental billing background and I agree. The reports and the way that claims are linked to clients and how the account separation works aren't very intuitive or user-friendly depending on your past billing processes. I'm happy to help problem solve if you have specific things you are looking to do. Let me know - Maybe if we collaborate more we can offer productive enhancements for this software. I hear it has come a long way since its initial launch.
