    I do this all the time, but am not sure how to indicate this in Simple Practice or to manage each person's account so it doesn't look like they owe a ton of money that is in error.

    That had been my issue as well. I’m trying now to do all my billing through SimplePractice.

    My Billing is not working and it is frustrating because I went to the bank and I cannot figure out why my billing is not charging my client's credit card information and I do not have that much time to spend on this....very disappointing, AND I cannot get someone to help me. :(
