Using Simple Practice on iPad with Chrome?

I have recently begun using my iPad mini as the computer i bring into my office.  I am accessing Simple Practice through Chrome.  I have found that there are a number of little things that don’t work well.  In particular, the messaging doesn’t seem to shift well to enable me to see what i am typing in a message I am sending. I noticed that all the posts in FAQ about using SP on a tablet or iPad reference use of Safari, not chrome. I personally find Safari is more fickle and less stable than Chrome.

I am wondering if there is a reason that the FAQ guide specifies Safari or if that is being used as a stand-in for “browser”? Thought it best to ask the community before sending a help request.

    Hi Rachel, I'd be happy to help. We recommend using either Safari or Chrome on your iPad for the best experience. If Chrome isn't working as well for you as you'd like, you may consider switching to Safari.
