If I want to take credit card payments outside of the platform, do I need to create a second Stripe account, or is there a place where I can see the Stripe account that I created when I turned on Online Payments?
I am a new user to SimplePractice, so I did not have a Stripe account prior to signing up. I have turned on Online Payments and entered all the relevant information in the Business Details and Bank Details sections, and I have had my identity verified.
I have tried looking everywhere I could think within the tool the FAQs and the Community pages. I also checked on Stripe.com to see if my email address had an account associated with it (it didn't).
I am trying to avoid having two separate Stripe accounts, but if that is what is necessary to take payments from clients who only want to present a card in-person, I am fine with that.
