new client portal problem

A large graphic blocks the "New Client" button on my portal, I have no remedy, and no way to communicate bugs like this to Simple practice staff.  Very difficult to get help, beyond the good but inadequate how to demos.

Web site folks say its a bug with my URL, how can I fix this?

    Hi Emory,

    I can definitely take a look into the large graphic which is appearing over the "New Client" button in your Client Portal. To make sure I'm getting the full picture, can you take a screenshot of the graphic and send it over? If you're on a Mac computer, you can use the "Command+shift+4" to take a screenshot. Or Windows, it would be "Windows key + Prtscn key."

    Also, can you please go to WhatsMyBrowser, copy the URL in​ the indicated box, and paste it in your reply to this email?
