    Hi Shirley,

    At this time, there isn't a way to change the way appointments are displayed on the Calendar. Appointments will always have the client's full name or initials, depending on your privacy display. 

    There also isn't a way to display a dollar sign for unpaid appointments on the Calendar. Alternatively, one way you can quickly see the status of invoices is by going to Insights > Client Reports > Appointment Status Report. This report will show you all sessions that took place in a customizable date range and will include the status of their respective invoices (Paid, Unpaid, etc.). You also have the option to check a box that says "Include Documentation" so that you can also view the status of Progress Notes for each session.     Is there a way to put a note or reminder on the calendar?  Some way to remind myself of various tasks without having to open up reminders or admin note per patient.

    There isn't a way to add a note or reminder directly on the Calendar page. This is another idea that you could share with our team on our Ideas and Suggestions board though.
