I. I'd like to request a feature to be able to see at a glance which clients the portal is enabled for, and, ideally, be able to check/uncheck their permissions similarly to the way it works for bulk enrolling clients in autopay through the settings > billing and services > settings screen.
Our clinicians prefer to use the portal selectively for clients, and this would make it easy and quick to enable/disable portal access at the client level.
II. It would also be awesome if you can streamline the client's settings for superbills. Could you try to make it 3 clicks max to change this setting at the client level? It's currently 7 clicks from the calendar view to change this setting and to save it to automatically create and email the superbills (or to uncheck them if the practice default is set to automatically create them.) I'm a big fan of 2 clicks or less for any routine tasks, but even 3 would be amazing at this point. 7 is way too cumbersome for a busy practice.
An alternate idea is that we could bulk-select clients to enable automatic superbills for, instead of having to click back and forth between views when setting up each new client's billing preferences. We have a significant percentage of clients who are adamant about NO superbills, and it's easy for the clinicians to forget to check or uncheck clients from superbills when adding new clients since it's cumbersome.
