Color Coding Needs an Upgrade
Answered

Hi, I would really like for SP to come up with the option to color code appointments by type - meaning if I have a feedback session, its one color, an intake is another color, and testing is a different color. This would easily allow me to see which appointments need more prep than others.

I agree with the suggestion on color coding. It will help me distinguish my online sessions from my office sessions.

Hi Alisha, when you use SimplePractice's integrated Telehealth feature, online sessions will be distinguished from office sessions by a video camera icon and a different colored stripe on the left-hand side of the session. Are you using SimplePractice's integrated Telehealth?

I need color coding to know whether it is initial consultation appointment or follow up appointment or other services.

In order to check whether or not an upcoming client has completed their intake paperwork, it would REALLY help for intake appointments to be color coded so I'm not checking every appointment for every clinician in our group practice each day. Would love this edit to happen!

I agree. Love to be able to distinguish between new evaluations and follow-up appointments at a glance on the calendar!

I agree, some kind of coding (color or icon) would be extremely helpful. Some of my patients are seen for just 15 mins, others for 30 minutes or an hour. Some of them use a particular resource, others don't. Color coding the appointments will help the front office schedule appointments efficiently.
