    Hi Chris, this is not currently a feature of SimplePractice, however, for clients with a higher confidentiality risk profile you may consider manually delivering invoices, intake forms, etc. instead of sending system emails.

    I run into the same problem. How can we change sender of emails without affecting invoices and intake?

    Hi Mabel, as Gillian mentioned, you could download the Invoice, then use your normal email inbox to attach the PDF of the Invoice to a normal email message outside of SimplePractice. Otherwise, your practice's name will be included in the Subject Line, or as the sender of the email.

    All my emails are coming from Client Portal, not my name/practice name from the default SP email that includes my name?  Not sure how to correct that. I have tested this myself, and with a friend.
