    Please advise the best way to put a family in system - dad and two teenagers?

    Hi Rachel,

    If you're seeing two minor children and their father is a contact for each, here's how you can set them up in your account:

    1. Create a minor client profile for each of the siblings.
    2. On one sibling's profile, click Edit > Contacts > +Add Contact and enter the father's contact information.
    3. On the second sibling's profile, click Edit > Contacts > +Add Contact > use the Search Clients and Contacts field to pull up and add the existing profile for the father to the second minor's profile.

    We recently released Enhanced Client Management for Couples for when you're seeing two members of a family together.

    If you're seeing three or more members of a family all together as clients, we're actively working on this enhancement. In the meantime, we recommend creating a separate client profile for each member of the family, and scheduling appointments for all members of the family at the same time on your Calendar.
