Customizing Text Messages for Each Clinician

Is there a way that each clinician can customize their own text message reminder? That way they can put their specific contact info for cancellations. Or does the whole group use the same text message?

    Hey Christine, 

    That's a great question. Currently, SimplePractice appointment reminders are set on a practice-level. This means that there is only one macro that can be used and customized for the entire practice. If you would like to change the macro that is sent to your clients, navigate to My Account Settings > Client Reminders "Edit". 

    We love feedback and ideas for ways to advance the platform, and we encourage you to add it to our Ideas and Suggestions board. Here is a link to an existing suggestion: Group Practice- Reminders

    Posting on our Ideas and Suggestions board means that members of our Product Team, as well as all members of our Community, have transparent access to review and vote on your suggestion. This board is one of our most important resources for understanding which features will have the most value for our community.
