Text reminder times

Several clients received confirmation texts with the wrong time, despite their appointment times being correct in the calendar. They are for today at 2PM EST and the text reminders said 11AM. Is there a glitch in the system?

  Same thing happened to me today. Had an appointment scheduled for 1:30pm on the calendar, client showed up at 10:30am because that's what the text reminder said.

  Interesting. Sounds like maybe there is a glitch in today's SP space-time continuum? :-)

  Same & had a client show up 2 hours early as a result of incorrect reminder. I wasn't even in the office yet. Not good.

  This also happened to us. It sent a text reminder for 11am even though the client was scheduled correctly for 2pm.

  Hi all, I'm so sorry for any inconvenience or issues caused by yesterday's brief issues with text reminders. We resolved the issue in a matter of hours, but some clients received reminders in PST instead of the practice time zone.
