Unbilled appointments showing for dates without a session

    Hi Susan,

    I took a look into the client's account and found that the unbilled appointments refer to sessions from last year (2018).

    If you change the date range on your client's Client Overview page to only include appointments between  2/13/2018 - 5/24/2018, you will see the sessions that the Unbilled Appointments page are referring to.

    If you would like to remove these appointments from your Unbilled Appointments tab, you can simply create claims for these sessions and then Save or Download the claims. After you do this, the appointments will no longer appear at Billing > Insurance > Unbilled Appointments.
