How to cancel appointments when I'm on Vacation?
AnsweredWhen adding a vacation in my calendar as an all day appointment - does it automatically cancel clients appointments or do I need to delete these individually?

Hi Sabrina, creating a new all-day appointment in your Calendar will prevent new appointments from being booked for that day via Online Booking, but won't cancel the existing appointments. To remove the existing appointments from the calendar, you can either delete them by clicking the appointment, then the trash can icon, or you can cancel them by clicking the appointment and selecting "Cancelled" under Status.

I requested a way to mark vacation time on the calendar over a year ago! Self care is important a how about away to add vacation days or weeks as a beautiful color on our calendars? I mark clients as canceled which is not correct. We need a way to Mark time out that is accurate. I keep the clients name there since I need to see their pattern of appointments. It looks like they canceled. Jeez, it should be easy to add vacation as an option. Their vacation or ours. If you believe self care is important then prove it.
