Customer service
AnsweredAt present, I am no loner given the option to live chat with a simple practice representative; I am not given the option to put in a request for an email; there is no direct phone number; and any email I send out to past representatives comes back undelivered. How do you reach someone for assistance when the articles do not answer your questions?

I have an urgent need as well, and there is no phone number. This is unacceptable customer service. Given we are therapists, and in sessions most working days, we need to have the ability to call you, not you call us. I don't want an article. I don't want to send an email. I want to speak with someone.
I sincerely hope SimplePractices provides a customer service phone number because I'm not sure I will stay with this company if, in times of need, its an "send us an email and we'll get to it when we can".
