    Hi--

    I have an urgent need as well, and there is no phone number. This is unacceptable customer service. Given we are therapists, and in sessions most working days, we need to have the ability to call you, not you call us. I don't want an article. I don't want to send an email. I want to speak with someone.

    I sincerely hope SimplePractices provides a customer service phone number because I'm not sure I will stay with this company if, in times of need, its an "send us an email and we'll get to it when we can".

    I am having difficulty finding a way to contact customer service. How do i contact customer service? There's a billing issue with my account and I would like to speak with someone asap.

    I need to talk to someone regarding insurance payer information as the papers have been submitted but insurance company states they have no trading partner number for payment. I have been working without payment for over 10 weeks.
