Medicare Enrollment

    I have received an approval letter through Medicare, but I check the status of my enrollment to submit through your clearinghouse it still says "submitted" and not "ready to file claims"?   What do I need to do moving forward

    I am not able to update my Medicare enrollment for billing under my group NPI. It has my individual enrollment, but it won't update for the group. Medicare has my enrollment and approved electronic billing through SP using the group information, but SP is not allowing me to submit bills under the group info.

    Having trouble signing Simple Practice up for Medicare in Illinois.  It is not listed as one of their options.  Who can I reach out to for help?
