Appointments showing up, but in gray

    Hi Kate,

    I can definitely add some clarity here. With the 2-way Google Sync, any appointments entered in SimplePractice will appear in your Google calendar. Any appointments scheduled in Google calendar moving forward will show up as gray "Other" or non-client appointments


    For this reason, and to maintain security of your client data, we recommend scheduling all of your appointments using either the SimplePractice Mobile App or desktop version of the site. You can still use Google calendar to see your schedule as well as block off time that you're unavailable.


    For any "Other" appointments inadvertently scheduled, you will need to delete them and re-add them as standard client appointments in order to bill and add documentation.
