Hi Shane, it looks like my colleague Brian helped you adjust your Booking Widget settings, and your Widget is showing your Availability as expected now. Please let us know if you'd like additional assistance with this!

The widget does not allow for existing clients.  Why is that and can it be changed?

Hi Tammy, I'd be happy to help with your question. The Booking Widget is intended for new clients only. However, many of our customers also include a link to their Client Portal on their websites so that existing clients can manage their schedules. Both the Booking Widget and the Client Portal use the same interface and flow for appointment scheduling.

I have four services available for new clients to schedule online, but when I previewed the online booking widget, it only shows two of the services.  Any suggestions?

Hi La'Tracia, under My Account > Settings > Billing and Services > Services, you can check to ensure that your Services are available for Online Booking. Let me know if that resolves this for you.

I got it! Question. How do i make check boxes populate on my forms that i created?

Hi La'Tracia, your Consent Forms will automatically have a checkbox for eSignature when you send them to a client through the Portal via the Share button. Your Note and Form Intake Questionnaires can have checkboxes added to them under My Account > Settings > Notes and Forms. Just click on the form to open it in Edit mode, and then click +Add Form Element to add an eSignature element or a Multiple Choice or Drop-Down element. Then, click and drag the Form Element to your desired spot in the Form.

I think I set everything up properly but I have about 9 different services and only 5 appear when the client clicks on the booking widget.

Happy to help, Lauren. Make sure all of the services are checked on your Availability blocks, and that none of the services have a buffer before/after the service. If you still aren't seeing the services on your Portal after adjusting these things, please reach out through the ? bubble so the Success team can look at your account and assist.
