Changing appointment by calendar, does not update client
AnsweredI find Google Calendar much easier to use when scheduling however when I do, the client does not seem to receive notifications.

Hi JP, making updates on your synced Google Calendar does not notify your clients of changes. However, if you make an update on your SimplePractice calendar, you can send a time-of-scheduling reminder, optionally. To turn on the option to send time-of-scheduling reminders, visit My Account > Settings > Client Reminders, and check the box at the top of the page next to "Prompt to send reminder when creating/rescheduling appointment." That way, you can immediately notify clients if there's a change to their scheduled appointment.
