Couple Messaging Board
AnsweredI am coming from one of the major teletherapy platforms to making my own platform for online counseling. One of the features for couples' teletherapy that many couples enjoy is to have a secure messaging board for each partner to see each other's messages and mine as their therapist. Is there a way to accomplish this with SP? I thought I could just add each partner as individual client and then make a "group message" with the two clients but that didn't work.
Could I ask both partners to use one login to send messages and then ask them to identify themselves in each message?
Thanks in advance!

Hello Cole,
The Secure Messaging feature in SimplePractice does not currently include an option to create a messaging group. We love feedback and ideas for ways to advance the platform, and I found a similar idea on our Ideas and Suggestions board.
Our Ideas and Suggestions board enables you to post ideas or add your vote and comments to existing ideas and suggestions that members of our Product Team, as well as all members of our Community, have transparent access to. This board is one of our most important resources for understanding which features will have the most value for our community.
If you're curious, here's more information about how a customer idea can become a SimplePractice feature: Customer feedback: How a customer idea can become a feature in SimplePractice.
