Selecting primary vs secondary insurance type

The system will not let me select anything in the insurance type (primary, secondary, etc) field, and is therefor not populating the insurance information correctly into the claim form.

  Hi Amanda,

  I hope your week has been lovely so far. Just to clarify, the 'Insurance type' field automatically defaults to Primary, which is why you aren't able to select another option:

  

  If you add an additional insurance for this client, you will be able to designate the primary and secondary insurance payers.

  Because this may require a little more investigation, I'm going to reach out to you via email and will be in touch soon.
