I would love an option similar to "disable portal access" that would allow us to disable portal access and the client would get a message that says- please call to schedule- rather than invalid email address.

When clients have no showed a few times, I disable their portal access so that they can't go into the portal and continue to self schedule. However, I would prefer for them to be able to login, but get a message that says- please call to schedule-
