I am having a problem with clients not filling out the intake forms through the client portal. Some clients fill in the required fields correctly, and others don't. About 75% of our clients do not fill the forms in completely, or incorrectly. This takes a lot of time correcting these errors. It also keeps us from easily doing benefit checks.
Does Simple Practice have a required fields validator? If the client leaves fields open, they will get an error message and not be able to continue.
