    Hi Cam, I'd be happy to help with your question. Currently, you can adjust what shows on your Google Synced calendar under My Account > Settings > Calendars. While you cannot adjust the clinic address, you can change the client's name to the client's initials, first initial and last name, first name and last initial, or full name.

    Can it not include client information at all? All of that information is PHI. I just want to know that I have a client appointment, I don't want to include any PHI on my google calendar.

    Hi Alyssa, currently, our Google Calendar Sync does not have an option to add client appointments to your Google Calendar without including client information.

    My Simple Practice appointments are appearing on my Google Calendar with the client's initials (the option I chose from the drop-down menu in my Calendar Settings) and the word "Appointment" which I cannot figure out how to change... Is there a way to edit this description based on the Type of Appointment (i.e, virtual or in-person) or simply eliminate it all together?

    I am also concerned that my physical address shows up in Google Calendar Sync appointments.  I do not understand why this is necessary if the appointments are designated Telehealth in Simple Practice.  Is there any way to "hide" provider location for telehealth appointments?  I work from my home and don't want my home address included in sync'd appointments with Google.
