    Hi Patty, to resolve this, find your Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for the client and ensure that it's dated to at least one minute prior to the first appointment. Then, delete and recreate the claim to update it with the diagnosis. Let me know if you have any additional questions about this, or anything else SimplePractice. I'm here to help.
