Billing and Insurance tab is missing
I just added a client, and when I scheduled an appointment the only option available was self-pay. When I click on their main page, I don't have the usual "billing and insurance" option at the top. Any suggestions?

Thanks for clarifying! To allow clients to pay for their appointments through the Portal, go to Edit > Client Portal on the client's Overview page, then ensure that "Access billing documents > Pay a balance with a credit card using Stripe" is checked. Then, clients can go to the Billing tab of their Client Portal to view and pay invoices, and download Superbills and statements.
