Setting appointment times
AnsweredIs there a way to change settings so I don't have to scroll through minute-by-minute when scheduling an appointment? For example, if I am scheduling an appt at 10:30 and the pop-up window comes up as 10:00am, I have to hit the arrow button 30 times to get it to change to 10:30. I'd like the option of either 5, 10, or 15-minute increments, because who really schedules an appointment at 10:01 anyway?

Hi there, I'd be happy to help with this. If you'd like to change the time that the appointment starts, you can simply type in the appointment start time in the highlighted area in the below screenshot:
There's no need to use the arrows if you'd prefer not to - the text box that contains the appointment time is editable, so you can type directly into it.
Let me know if you have any additional questions about this, or anything else SimplePractice. I'm here to help.

Hi Jeffrey, happy to help with your questions. To adjust the times displayed on your Calendar, visit My Account > Settings > Calendar. To adjust the duration of your default service from 50 minutes to 60 minutes, visit My Account > Settings > Billing and Services > Services, click the name of your default service, change the duration of the service, and click Save.
At this time, the SimplePractice team is unable to advise as to which CPT codes should be used to bill for which services. I'd recommend reaching out to the insurance payer you're billing to confirm the correct code for this service.
