Sending appointment reminders by hand

I booked a pt through the calendar, was not promoted to send an apt confirmation. They will also not receive a reminder because the apt is <24 hours in advance. How do I send an appt reminder (or confirmation) by hand? Pt needs to know where my office is. Thx

    Hi Anna, to send a time-of-scheduling Appointment Reminder, visit My Account > Settings > Client Reminders and toggle time-of-scheduling Appointment Reminders on at the top of the page. Then, ensure your client is set up to receive Appointment Reminders on their Overview page > Edit Details. Now, when you schedule or reschedule an appointment for that client, you'll be prompted to send them a reminder for the appointment.
