Client intake forms through portal

I am new to SP. In the recent past, I have been able to select which intake documentation I wanted to include to send through the client portal. Now, my intake form does not allow me to select it. Not sure what I may have changed, but would appreciate any feedback. thank you. Lynn

Hi Lynn, I'd be happy to help. If you're not able to select an intake form to send to a client, it's likely that the intake form has already been sent, but not filled out. You can check to see what has been sent to the client's Portal under the Shared With Client section on the client's chart.
