Can't change availability for one block.
AnsweredI'm trying to delete one reoccurring block during a time where I will be on vacation. I receive a message that says "Could not save availability. Reach out to Customer Success." How do I block this one occurrence?

Hi there,
I'm hoping to accomplish the same task as those above. I would like to block out or delete all my appointments from from Monday, December 21st through Friday, January 1st. Can you please help me with this so I don't have to go through and cancel all 50 appointments individually? Thank you for your time!

Hi Ann, at this time, there's no way to mass cancel appointments that are already on your Calendar. In the future, you can block out these dates and times by creating a multi-day "Other" Calendar event. This way, your clients won't be able to book appointments during the blocked off dates and times. If you'd like us to consider adding a feature for mass cancellations, please comment on and upvote this feature request: https://simplepractice.uservoice.com/forums/918553/suggestions/36552439

You can create an "Other" appointment that spans multiple days so that it blocks off your Calendar. This way, your clients won't be able to book appointments during these days. If you need to cancel appointments that have already been booked, you'll need to do this manually for each appointment. Here's how to create "Other" appointments: https://support.simplepractice.com/hc/en-us/articles/210389463-Adding-and-managing-appointments#creatingan . If you'd like us to consider adding a feature that would automatically cancel appointments in bulk, please vote and comment on this feature request: https://simplepractice.uservoice.com/forums/918553/suggestions/36552439
