    Can I be reached out to as well? 4 cards no luck with same client... embarrassing and affecting the therapeutic alliance.

    I have been unable to process 4 different Credit Cards supplied by a recent client, 2 of which were given by his girlfriend with her name on them. Seems unlikely they are all not working. Also, how do I delete credit cards from the clients payment information in the billing section?

    HI, I have 2 different clients who are getting messages that their cards are declined they both say they have run cards on their end for other purchases and it works fine.  One client has given me 4 different cards and they still say declined.  Any suggestion?
