telehealth web connection overseas

I have a client that is traveling for work overseas. We have tried to connect on the portal and use the SP video session, but they are getting a message that 'the site cannot be reached'. They tried purchasing higher level internet but are still having trouble. Thoughts?

    Hello Amber, I have had to use a VPN when I’m overseas. I suggest trying to use a VPN. There are several on Google Play App Store or Apple App Store.
