    Hi John, I'd be happy to help with this. Currently, there is not a way to recover notes or documentation that were inadvertently deleted. However, you can use the Load Previous Note function to pull the past session's note into your current session's note to quickly make updates and complete your note for the current session.

    I just lost an entire report with a single click. Is there no way to make sure all notes are automatically backed up.

    Hi Vera, notes are AutoSaved when you're entering them on your browser. We also recommend using the Save button to save your notes if you need to pause and return to them later.

    I have three people in my practice and need to color code us so on the calendar it is easier to see who is scheduled and when.
