Early Intervention Central Billing
None

Has anyone billed Illinois CBO through SP for SPEECH THERAPY, and is it convenient, or should I stick to QClaims?

There seem to be a few issues, including needing to manually enter the number of units for speech since its different for CBO than it is for insurance. Additionally, adding modifiers and doing onsite vs. offside seems to not be something we can make automatic.

Has anyone been able to resolve these issues and streamline their SP so that it is quick and easy to bill CBO, or is it just the same to do it on qClaims?

Thanks!

Overall I do not feel this is a simple program for billing Early Intervention for Speech Therapy.  Also it is extremely difficult to bill for IFSP development time.  I usually have to use Q-claims which is a free program?  I hope that helps.  But if anyone has suggestions I’d love to hear them
