Insurance payment by credit card
Answered

Hi all, I just received insurance payment via credit card.  I don't know how to apply this to a client's account because there is only the option of Wire or Check payments.  If I add the credit card under the client's credit card info, it says the credit card isn't valid. HELP!

Another option is to call the number on the insurance letter and opt-out of credit card payments.  The two companies I have had to deal with either started sending paper checks or provided a method so that I could access checks online and print them myself.  You have to do a little more footwork for these options, but at least you save a credit card fee.
