Sessions not appearing on Superbill
AnsweredHello, I have a client who attended 3 session in October, but when I run the superbill for the month of October, only 1 session is showing up. I can't figure out why. We do automatic superbills every month. The sessions appear in the client window. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi Gordon, I'd be happy to help with this. Is there a chance another Superbill containing those dates of service already exists? SimplePractice does not allow appointments to appear on more than one Superbill. You can check to see if the appointments are associated with a Superbill on the client's Billing tab - just use the date range picker to isolate October, then check to see if a bubble that reads "SB ####" appears next to the date range. Click the bubble to open the Superbill.

Hi Ellen, I'd be happy to help. First, delete the Superbill you've already created. Next, adjust the date range on the date range picker to include the last 3 months on the client's Overview > Billing tab. Then, click +Create > Superbill to create a Superbill that contains the last 3 month's appointments.
