Correcting Clinician in Calendar after appointment

    Hi Barbara, I'd be happy to help with this. To adjust this on the calendar, simply click on the appointments that were erroneously assigned to you, then select the other therapist in the drop-down clinician menu. Finally, hit "save," and repeat for any additional appointments. Let me know if you have any additional questions about this, or anything else SimplePractice. I'm here to help.

    Hi there I need some serious help with this. The appointment is scheduled under me but I can't find the place to change it to my LPC Intern. I can't find the dropdown clinician menu. Please help

    Hi Gillian,

    Hope you are well.  I have two questions;  On the calendar all my clients names turned into only M. F. not Mark Fisher.  I really need the full names on the calendar?

    Also, I have individual clients I see as couples, but can’t seem to add them as couple on the appointment link?

    I somehow created a second appointment for a client for the same date and time. On July 8, the client shows that she had one appointment with a progress note and the other appointment at the exact same time is "missing" a progress note. I can only see 1 appointment on the calendar. I cannot figure out how to delete the additional appointment that was created in error.
