    Hi Chima, I'd be happy to help. To change the address on your practice documents, visit My Account > Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files. Click on the name of the Consent Form you'd like to edit, and update the text of the Consent Form where needed. Then, click Save.

    To change your address in all other locations, including your Appointment Reminders and Client Portal, visit My Account > Settings > Practice Details.

From your SimplePractice account, click on the "?" icon to the bottom right > Get Help > Ask Question > Email. You can also click here to submit a Help Request: SimplePractice Help Request Form.

    I’m having trouble with this: I don’t see where to update my personal billing address, which is my home. We are moving in a couple of weeks.

    Hi Jamie - If you'd like to update your Billing Address, please do so from Settings > Practice Details. Any new billing documents you generate will have the new address listed on it. 

    Like Gillian mentioned, if you've included your address on your practice documents, be sure to change it in Settings > Client Portal > Shared Documents and Files.
