Help with insurance billing

Does anyone know of a vendor that offers help submitting and collecting insurance claims and is familiar with SimplePractice? Ideally, I'd like to work with someone that takes a percentage of what's collected without charging a substantial monthly fee (or startup fee) beyond the percentage of the claim. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
