It is BEYOND frustrating that we are getting scrub errors due to not having "the full 9 digit zip code" on the claim form. I was told to go to USPS.com to look each one up individually - WELL the thing is that USPS.com does not provide that information. So we are sitting on at least 9 claims that cannot be completed because we are trying to hunt this information down.
I suggest that simple practice uploads all Zip code, mapping and national address information into their system so that providers can actually do their work, instead of hunting down zip codes.
