    Kathy, I'd be happy to help. Our Success team - all real people! - is standing by to help. You can reach our team through the red Get Help bubble in the lower left-hand corner of your SimplePractice account. Just type in your question and click Contact Support to Chat or email with our team. 

    While I'm sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your SimplePractice account, I'd be happy to help walk you through the steps to do so. 

    First, you'll want to export your data for your records. There isn't a way to cancel your subscription and continue to access your account info on SimplePractice at this time. To export, just click here to go to the Export Page and request an export. I've also included a link to our guide here which walks you through step by step: Data Export: Exporting client information. Once you export, just make sure to open the export file before cancelling. Once you cancel, we can't recover this information.

    Next you can cancel your account. It just takes a minute. First click here to head to your Account Billing Information page. Then click Want to cancel your account? in the lower right corner of the page. From there, follow the instructions on the page to cancel your account. Once you've successfully completed the cancellation process, you'll be logged out of your account and be taken back to the Log in screen. When you delete your account, you will no longer have access to the account and the account data is deleted. We can't recover this data once your account is cancelled.
