Can only scheduler and admin approved/deny appointments only?
AnsweredI run a medium size group practice. I’m use another online scheduler. One feature I like is the admin and clinician gets notified of new appointments. Also can only the scheduler /admin approve the appointments and send out intake. Is this possible?

Hi Mandisa, I'd be happy to help with your question. SimplePractice's Online Booking feature allows clients to request appointments through your website or Client Portal. When a client requests an appointment, that appointment request can be approved by Scheduler Team Members, the Account Owner, and any clinicians who have been granted access to that client.
