Can only scheduler and admin approved/deny appointments only?

    Hi Mandisa, I'd be happy to help with your question. SimplePractice's Online Booking feature allows clients to request appointments through your website or Client Portal. When a client requests an appointment, that appointment request can be approved by Scheduler Team Members, the Account Owner, and any clinicians who have been granted access to that client.     Can we set up for the scheduler to get notification of new client appointment

    Hi Mandisa, certainly. Schedulers are automatically opted-in to receive emails notifying them whenever a client requests a new appointment.

    Hello, I asked this question a couple of years ago but I would like like my scheduler to have access to when a new client books an appointment online. We demo this and its not happening
